DrPA Secure has been providing healthcare solutions to secure settings across the UK since 2014, including Immigration Removal Centres and prisons. The organization partners with the Home Office, NHS trusts, and private providers to support consistent, high-quality healthcare delivery. DrPA Secure focuses on maintaining high standards of care while developing systems and services tailored to each site’s needs. Team members work within a multidisciplinary environment where patient safety, dignity, and professionalism are central to daily practice.

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide ad hoc and emergency shift cover within a specialist 15‑bedroom service supporting children and adults with complex physical and learning disabilities. The service delivers person‑centred support tailored to each individual's needs through comprehensive care plans. While current requirements are primarily for ad hoc and emergency cover, additional hours are expected to become available during school holidays and summer breaks.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Autism support experience
  • Epilepsy support experience
  • Up‑to‑date Mandatory Training
  • Experience working within CQC‑regulated environments

Important Information

Candidates accepted for this service must complete a 4‑hour unpaid induction before commencing shifts. Immediate opportunities available for suitable candidates. More regular hours are expected during term holidays and summer periods. Please Note: We do not provide sponsorship or visa support.
