What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collect a pool car from the office at the start of your shift
- Travel to clients in the community
- Provide:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- General daily assistance
Shift Pattern:
- 07:00 – 14:00
- 16:00 – 22:00
- Evenings & weekends required
