About the Role: We are currently recruiting for Female Support Workers to support a female service user in her own home in Fairford. This is a 2:1 care package, and you will always be working alongside an experienced member of staff. Due to the remote location and limited public transport, candidates must be drivers with access to their own vehicle.

Shift Pattern:

  • Day shifts: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Additional evening shifts (to be confirmed)
  • Approximately 4 hours per day, 6 days per week
  • Block bookings available for consistency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support in a home environment
  • Support with daily living activities
  • Work as part of a 2:1 care team
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the service user at all times

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (due to service user needs)
  • Must be a driver
  • Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy
  • Up-to-date mandatory training
  • Epilepsy Awareness / Seizure Management training essential
  • All compliance documents must be ready (Right to Work, DBS, training certificates, etc.)
  • Please note: We do NOT offer sponsorship
  • Reliable, committed, and able to engage consistently with shifts
