We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Navigation Manager totake responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our internal seclusionprovision. The successful candidate will ensure that students are supervisedappropriately, behaviour is managed consistently, and academy policies andprocedures are applied fairly and effectively.

You will be confident andregimented in your approach, while building positive relationships that enablestudents to make better choices and succeed.

Thesuccessful candidate will understand that some students require additionalsupport, structure and encouragement during their time at school.
