We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor and Sports Coach to proactively supervise and support students within the classroom, providing stability and continuity for pupils whose lessons are affected by staff absence. In addition to providing general whole school cover supervision, this role will also support the planning and delivery of a high quality extra-curricular sports programme, and so a sports coaching qualification or equivalent would be desirable (although not essential). Experience of working with young people is a must, with suitable candidates being able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and enthuse others and be firm but fair in a classroom situation.
