Design bespoke mechanical pipework systems from concept to installation for the water, food, oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
Responsibilities
- 3D models, fabrication and installation drawings, and BOMs in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Interpreting P&IDs and specs; client meetings on site and remotely
- Managing revisions and supporting estimators, fabricators and site teams
Skills and requirements
A mechanical engineering degree, HNC/HND or equivalent experience; pipework or process equipment design experience; strong SolidWorks (ideally Routing and Weldments); welding or fabrication experience (essential).
