Job description: Manufacturing Quality Engineer Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer / Quality Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, customers and the wider supply chain to drive continual improvement, investigate non-conformances and monitor key performance indicators across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused Quality or Manufacturing Engineer looking to play an important role within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities * Compile and review FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports), including the use of Net-Inspect. * Carry out containment activities where required. * Raise, review and submit PPAPs in line with individual customer requirements. * Conduct internal and external audits, as well as supporting and hosting customer and third-party audits. * Control and maintain required standards, data cards and manufacturing sequences. * Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Investigate non-conformances and support continual improvement across the business. * Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
