We are currently seeking a Night Transport Supervisor to join a fast-paced and dynamic transport operation based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport professional looking to take the next step in a leadership role within a time‑critical, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage driver and team performance, ensuring all shift KPIs are consistently achieved
- Oversee operational and resource planning to maintain efficient service delivery
- Ensure full O Licence compliance and adherence to all legal requirements
- Maintain strict Health and Safety standards across all operations
- Support the Contract Manager with driver recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training where required
- Assist with investigations and performance management processes
- Handle regular customer interactions professionally and effectively
- Complete detailed shift reports and ensure smooth operational handovers
About You
- Proven experience managing drivers, ideally within large-scale retail or logistics operations
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach
