Overview

This position is located in the United Kingdom or Ireland and is a full-time role within Dropbox\’s Sales and Channel Team. The team develops partnerships that transform how companies collaborate and how they see Dropbox, including Dropbox Business. The role focuses on building and redeveloping the Dropbox multi-product strategy for the architecture, construction and real estate industries, and working with cross-functional teams to drive GTM plans, industry technology partnerships, product features/solutions, and sales for these markets.

Team Description

The Dropbox Sales and Channel Team creates partnerships that help organizations leverage Dropbox Business. Areas of work include Sales Enablement, Sales Analytics, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Channel Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, and Sales Operations.

Role Description

This position is responsible for building on and redeveloping the Dropbox multi-product strategy for the construction and real estate industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive GTM plans, industry technology partnerships, product features/solutions, and sales for these markets.

You Will Work Closely With Global Teams Across:

  • Sales – to develop construction solutions and support largest customers
  • Product Development – to highlight workflows that matter for construction users
  • Marketing – to co-develop a buyer audience framework and define GTM in the construction vertical
  • Partnerships – to identify integration partnerships and strategic alliances that speed up construction workflows

Responsibilities

  • Develop a company-wide vision for Dropbox, Dropbox Sign, and Dropbox Dash in construction and gain executive buy-in.
  • Package Dropbox AI products and features into solutions addressing construction customer problems, including discovery, issue/opportunity identification, and business case development.
  • Develop consultative relationships with key internal and external partners, and collaborate with Dropbox Dash product management and engineering teams.
  • Partner with marketing to design industry campaigns that increase market share.
  • Be responsible for customer engagements for selected construction accounts and deliver industry presentations and sales support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with a major company in the construction or technology industry
  • Including 5+ years of software solutions implementation and managing business change in a modern building or real estate environment
  • Deep knowledge of the construction supply chain and solutions from planning through real estate sales; broad experience with software and cloud solutions; experience with AI tooling in construction and productivity improvement examples
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders
  • Ability to align Dropbox’s corporate strategy with an AI-driven industry solution and deliver executive presentations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key technology and business partners
  • Strong time and project management skills; ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines
  • A degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA is a plus

Compensation

United Kingdom Pay Range: £171,300—£231,700 GBP

Ireland Pay Range: €158,100—€213,900 EUR

The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change. OTE is for sales roles only. Salary/OTE is one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. Regular employees are eligible for a corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
