Drop Table is a Microsoft accredited Solutions partner, focused on Cloud & DevSecOps consultancy. We help organisations design, secure and run modern cloud platforms. We have also developed Drop Table Pulse, our SaaS platform delivering continuous security, compliance, and governance visibility across Azure DevOps. Our clients include financial services, public sector, and enterprise organisations operating in complex, regulated environments.

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead our revenue function across consultancy and SaaS. This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll define strategy, generate pipeline, close enterprise deals, and build the future sales team from the ground up.

  • Own and execute sales strategy across services and SaaS
  • Build a scalable, repeatable sales pipeline from scratch
  • Develop partner-led growth within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Define GTM approach across financial services, public sector, and enterprise
  • Build and scale the sales function (process, tooling, team)
  • Proven sales in cloud, DevOps, or security consulting
  • Track record of building and scaling a sales function
  • Strong enterprise sales experience (multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals)
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure, security, DevOps)
  • Establish a scalable sales engine
  • Create a partner-driven pipeline through Microsoft ecosystem
  • Lay the foundation for a high-performing sales team
  • Own and shape the entire commercial function
