- Van provided fully insured.
- 2‑days on‑road training provided with full pay (Ride alongs).

- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Fixed pay £120 per day.
- Bonus £1 per stop for over 80 stops based on the area.
- Bonus £1 per stop for over 100 stops based on the area.
- Peak rate – if performance scores of 99% achieved, from 2/11/25 to 24/12/25: £135 per day normal route; £140 per day for 7 days working.
