We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to support the day-to-day execution and operational running of our paid media channels, with a primary focus on Meta, alongside Google, Pinterest and TikTok. This role is hands-on and execution-led, with responsibility for campaign setup, strong account hygiene, reliable reporting, and disciplined testing support.
You'll report into our Head of Growth and work closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, data is accurate and usable, and the account stays organised and scalable as spend and testing volume increase. This is a strong role for someone who's past the pure junior stage, thinks analytically, and wants to grow into a more autonomous performance role over time.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution & Ownership: Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across Meta, from build to launch, ensuring correct setup across objectives, budgets, targeting, placements, exclusions, and tracking. Maintain a clear, scalable account structure by region, funnel stage, audience type, and creative format. Take responsibility for pre-launch QA and ongoing account quality, proactively identifying and resolving setup, delivery, or structural issues.
- Creative Operation: Manage the accurate launch, rotation, and lifecycle of creative assets across campaigns. Track creative performance and status (live, testing, fatigued, paused) and surface insights or issues early. Partner closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure creative tests are executed correctly, on time, and in a way that produces usable learnings.
- Performance & Optimisation: Monitor daily and weekly performance across paid channels, maintaining reliable and consistent reporting. Flag anomalies, inefficiencies, or performance risks without waiting for direction. Support structured testing and light optimisation within agreed frameworks, acting as a trusted second set of eyes on account changes and performance trends.
2–3 years of experience working with paid social platforms, primarily Meta, with exposure to Google and/or TikTok. Strong attention to detail and comfort operating within structured processes. Confident working with spreadsheets and core performance metrics. Analytical mindset with the ability to spot issues early. Organised, reliable, and able to run execution without constant oversight.
Competitive salary. Flexible working (3 office days per week in Shoreditch, London). 25 days holiday + your birthday + a duvet day + bank holidays. Work a week from abroad. Monthly health & wellness budget (fitness, gym, meditation, therapy). Company retreat once a year. Learning budget (courses, books, etc.). 60–75% employee discount for you plus friends & family.
