DROOL is an eâcommerce platform selling contemporary art prints and framed artworks from emerging artists. We have grown profitably and are now focused on improving how we acquire, convert and retain customers as we scale.
This role sits within the growth team and works closely with paid media, creative and merchandising to support trading moments and drive repeat revenue through CRM.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own email and SMS execution day to day. This is a handsâon role focused on building, sending and improving campaigns and flows. You will be responsible for making sure CRM supports key trading moments, drives repeat purchases and works closely with paid and growth activity. The focus is strong execution, consistent testing and clear reporting on whatâs working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaigns & Lifecycle
- Own planning and execution of all email and SMS campaigns across drops, sales and key trading moments.
- Work closely with growth and creative teams to brief, build and deliver campaigns that align with paid activity and merchandising priorities.
- Develop and refine lifecycle journeys that drive repeat purchase and improve first-to-second order behaviour.
- Identify key customer segments and build targeted campaigns around them.
- Own and optimise core automated flows, ensuring messaging, cadence and timing support trading priorities.
- Testing, Reporting & Platform
- Run structured testing across campaigns and flows to improve performance over time.
- Track and report on revenue contribution, engagement and repeat behaviour, using insights to inform future activity.
- Maintain strong segmentation, list health and data accuracy across the CRM platform.
- Manage signâup journeys and audience capture across site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 - 5 years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within e-commerce.
- Handsâon experience building and sending campaigns in CRM platforms (Klayvio, Ometria).
- Comfortable working to a campaign calendar and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly.
- Confident using data to assess performance and make improvements.
- Able to work closely with growth and merchandising teams.

- Experience improving repeat purchase rate or LTV.
- Experience in DTC or marketplace environments.
