We are looking for a Business Systems professional to support the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of our internal systems and processes. This role works closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve workflows and deliver practical system solutions that enhance efficiency and data quality. You will also lead and support the Business Systems team, ensuring delivery of both operational support and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements
- Document and improve business processes and system workflows
- Identify and deliver continuous improvements, including automation and AI opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of enhanced (“to-be”) processes
- Produce clear and structured documentation of systems and requirements
- Support testing, implementation and ongoing optimisation of system changes
- Contribute to reporting and analytics, including Power BI where relevant
- Provide day-to-day support across business systems
- Lead and develop the Business Systems team, including performance and development conversations
- Manage priorities across operational support and project delivery
About You
- Experience working with business systems, process improvement or business analysis
- Strong understanding of how systems and data can improve business performance
- Proven ability to manage or support a team
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple workstreams
- Strong attention to detail with high standards for documentation
- Experience with automation or AI tools would be advantageous.
