Join Our Team as a Business Support Administrator in Aberdeen
Location: Aberdeen | Type: Full-time / Temporary – 6 months | Industry: Electrical & Hazardous Area Equipment | Company: Dron & Dickson
Dron & Dickson is looking for a Business Support Administrator in Westhill to support our Wholesale team. You will support in dealing with export documentation, supplier updates, enquiries and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the Aberdeen Wholesale team.
- Liaise with the Sales Coordinators and Stores department to manage all export collections, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide all relevant shipping / export documentation and certification requirements.
- Assist with everyday expediting tasks, offering support to Expeditor.
- Process and update Supplier order acknowledgements on to system.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Processing Customer / Supplier returns and credits.
- Understand and support the company\’s strategy and mission
- To maintain good communications with internal and external clients
- To take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and development of the company’s systems and processes
- Ad hoc duties as requested by management
- Travel may be necessary to ensure delivery of business needs.
- Social and business networking is expected
