Reporting to People & Strategy Director

The Role:
Support the Marketing team in delivering digital and traditional marketing activity. You’ll help with campaigns, content, events and day-to-day admin to support brand awareness, internal communications and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and events
- Assist with content creation for website and social media
- Maintain marketing records, databases and assets
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations and comms
- Support trade shows, exhibitions and events
- Raise POs, process invoices and source quotes
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Provide general admin and day-to-day support to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and team-focused
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable supporting admin and coordination tasks
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Experience with Canva or Adobe (preferred)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
- Up to 1 year’s experience (desirable, not essential)
