Reporting to: Branch Manager
Dron & Dickson are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support branch operations and deliver a high standard of service to customers. This role plays a key part in coordinating the sales process, managing customer accounts, and supporting overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in line with company procedures
- Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Follow up quotations to maximise conversion and remain competitive
- Expedite customer and supplier orders where required
- Manage returns and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution
- Support tender submissions (ITT responses) and assist Business Development Managers where needed
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing system and process improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Support continuous improvement across systems and processes
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required, including occasional travel and networking

- Support a safe working environment and meet all health and safety requirements
