About the Role:
As a Proposals Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading client proposals and tenders within our Engineering Projects Team. Your mission? To drive project success, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to our strategic growth—all while upholding our core purpose: Everyone Home Safe.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Review ITTs, RFQs, RFIs, and PQQs to support bid/no-bid decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in our ERP system.
- Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and tender clarifications.
- Track and report on tender performance and key milestones.
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
- Technical curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Electrical and/or Fire & Gas knowledge (desirable).
