About the Role: As a Proposals Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading client proposals and tenders within our Engineering Projects Team. Your mission? To drive project success, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to our strategic growth - all while upholding our core purpose: Everyone Home Safe.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Review ITTs, RFQs, RFIs, and PQQs to support bid/no-bid decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in our ERP system.
- Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and tender clarifications.
- Track and report on tender performance and key milestones.
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes.
What You Bring:
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
- Technical curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Electrical and/or Fire & Gas knowledge (desirable).
