Dron & Dickson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing team’s daily activities. This role is ideal for someone starting their marketing career who wants to gain practical experience in various marketing and communications tasks.
Role Overview
You will assist the Marketing Lead with digital and traditional marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, support business development, and internal communications. Responsibilities include campaign support, content creation, event coordination, and administrative duties.

What You’ll Do
- Support marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events
- Maintain and update website content and social media channels
- Create marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist in planning trade shows, webinars, and marketing events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage marketing assets and inventory tracking
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Lead
What We\’re Looking For
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), or similar tools
- Attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with administrative and coordination tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Support with invoicing, budgeting, and documentation
