Purpose of Role: The purpose of this role is to assist the cheese BU commercial team in executing sales, managing supply chain, documentation and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of a positive culture – Demonstrating the right behaviours and ways of working to support the FM culture.
- Support Cheese BU Commercial team
- Provide accurate stock availability information
- Be the lead contact for specific accounts
- Manage and facilitate customer projects and agreements
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with accounts
- Optimise customer account management and maximise profit
- Assist with customer inquiries and liaise with customer services and internal teams (technical, quality, supply chain, operations, finance) to deliver quick and accurate information to customers and stakeholders.
- Provide pricing and market information to commercial team and customers
- Monitor markets and competitor insights
- Update customer insights and provide reports to commercial team as required
- Ensuring consistency in supply for cheese and whey customers
- Analyse customer pricing to provide accurate updates on profitability and assist with decision making on pricing and availability
- Management of day‑to‑day inquiries and customer visits/meetings
- Supporting a continuous improvement culture
- Develop alongside commercial teams processes to enhance customer experience and deliver information to customers
- Assist with reporting to customers as required
- Assist in scorecard maintenance and development; update internal reports and KPIs for weekly and monthly reviews
- Continuously review ways of working to ensure accurate information is always available
- Ensure a professional interface between commercial and customer teams
