South-West Kent (100% Site-Based) Β£30,000 – Β£35,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week, occasional weekend holiday cover)

About the Role

Due to sustained business growth, a market-leading business in the Fresh Produce Sector is seeking 2 proactive Supply Chain Coordinators to join their team in Kent. Serving as the central point for the business, you will act as the vital link between commercial, sales, procurement, technical, and production teams. This fast-paced role is ideal for an organised problem-solver looking to gain comprehensive exposure across the end-to-end fresh produce supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align stock availability with production plans and customer demand across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
  • Act as the daily conduit between sales, procurement, technical, and operations teams to optimise stock usage and fulfilment.
  • Monitor supply chain stages, anticipating risks and opportunities to maintain high service levels.
  • Analyse daily stock and supply data using MS Excel to present clear operational updates across the business.
  • Solve operational challenges quickly, balancing customer requirements against site operational capacities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects across commercial and logistics functions.

Your Skills & Experience

  • A background in supply chain, logistics, or operations within FMCG (experience in Fresh Produce is highly desirable).
  • Solid numerical and analytical capability with strong Excel & ERP (SAP) skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time-management under pressure, and the ability to build quick rapport with key teams.
