The Role
As Assistant Development Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and wider culinary team to support the development of innovative food concepts, snacks, and meals.
You will be involved in the full development process from initial concept through to launch, assisting with kitchen based development, sample preparation, trials, and presentations.
This role offers hands on experience and exposure to high level customer expectations within a premium market.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the development and refinement of new products in line with customer briefs.
- Preparing high quality samples for internal reviews and customer presentations.
- Assisting with product trials, concept development, and recipe refinement.
- Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and operational requirements.
