Senior Culinary Innovation Technologist to take a leading role in developing exciting new food concepts – from kitchen bench experimentation through to factory scale production.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Leading kitchen-based product development , taking concepts through recipe creation, trials and refinement.
  • Managing

NPD kitchen trials and sample production , ensuring projects progress on time.

  • Supporting scale-up from development kitchen to factory , working closely with production and technical teams.
  • Identifying new food trends, ingredients and technologies to inspire future product ideas.
  • Coordinating taste panels and internal feedback loops to refine concepts.
  • Working cross-functionally with commercial, procurement, operations and technical teams.
  • Ensuring documentation, compliance and quality standards are met throughout development.

  • Strong culinary or food development background within food manufacturing.
  • Experience developing recipes and bringing products from concept to factory scale .
  • Knowledge of ingredients, costing, and technical considerations in product development.
