The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
French-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join a growing international ingredients and food solutions business.
This is a varied commercial support role, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal sales, logistics, quality, finance and product teams .
You’ll play an important part in keeping customer orders, quotations, samples, shipments and commercial activity moving smoothly.
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and confident communicating in both English and French , with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and process customer and purchase orders , ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers , responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, quality, finance and product teams to support customer requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations, product samples, quality documentation and tender information .
- Support sales teams with open opportunities, quotes, sample requests and customer follow-ups .
- Maintain accurate
CRM and ERP records , ensuring commercial teams have reliable information.
- Monitor customer shipments and stock levels , helping ensure service levels and contractual requirements are met.
- Assist with new customer setup, credit limit changes and contract renewals .
- Produce reports and analysis for senior management and support wider commercial projects.
- Provide general commercial and administrative support, including travel arrangements when required.
- What We’re Looking For
Fluent French and English – essential , with the confidence to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues in both languages.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration or an analytical role .
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Advanced Excel , including formulas, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; Power BI experience would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with
CRM and/or ERP systems .
- Comfortable working with data and turning information into useful commercial insight.
- Proactive, professional and commercially aware, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing international environment .
