Our client is a well‑established and growing Asian food business supplying authentic, premium‑quality products to both retail and commercial customers across the UK.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Brand Manager to take ownership of new product development projects while supporting broader brand and marketing initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and highly organised individual who enjoys managing projects from concept through to launch and working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end new product development (NPD) projects, coordinating activities from concept creation through to successful market launch.
  • Work closely with overseas suppliers, packaging design partners, technical teams, and purchasing departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage packaging development and artwork updates for both new and existing product ranges.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and contribute ideas for future product development.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Support day‑to‑day brand administration, including product audits, website updates, sample management, filing, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Provide support across wider marketing and brand activities as required.

  • Previous experience within Brand Management, Product Management, Project Management, or New Product Development, ideally within the food sector.
  • Experience managing projects from initial concept through to completion, including supplier and stakeholder coordination.
  • A genuine interest in Asian food, cooking, and delivering authentic, high‑quality products to market.
  • Comfortable working within a multicultural business environment and building collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
  • Additional Asian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
