By coordinating our email campaigns, you will help us:

• Keep supporters informed and inspired about our ongoing work in Ukraine
• Increase engagement and donations through compelling storytelling
• Strengthen relationships with volunteers, partners, and sponsors
• Build a more consistent and professional communication presence

Essential Qualities

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Organised, reliable, and able to meet light but regular deadlines
• Confident using email platforms (Mailchimp) or happy to learn
• A self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership of small projects
• Passionate about humanitarian causes and supporting Ukraine
• Background or studies in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar
• Experience writing newsletters, fundraising appeals, or campaign updates
• Basic understanding of audience engagement, analytics, or segmentation

Key tasks include

• Drafting and scheduling email campaigns and updates
• Managing mailing lists and improving audience engagement
• Assisting with design and content ideas for outreach materials
• Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements
