We are seeking a commercial, innovative, and highly motivated User Acquisition (Paid & Organic) Appsto own and implement our paid UA and ASO strategies. This role requires a “hands‑on” and a deep understanding of how paid and organic channels interact to achieve a lower blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and a higher Lifetime Value (LTV). Working closely with the Head of Digital, you will take ownership of the entire user journey, from the first touchpoint on a paid ad to the final conversion on the App Store. You will manage our presence across major app stores and ad networks, ensuring our brand remains competitive in a fast‑paced, multi‑sector market.
- Paid User Acquisition & Performance
- Strategy & Execution: Support the Head of Digital to develop and execute a multi‑channel paid UA strategy, with a heavy focus on Google UAC and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimise campaign bidding and budgets daily to maximise ROI and hit aggressive growth goals.
- Creative Operations: Create cross‑functional design briefs and collaborate with the design team to deliver high‑performing assets (video, static, CPP/CSLs).
- Testing & Innovation: Lead A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages. Proactively organise updates for new features, app functionality, and seasonality.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of platform policy changes, new ad formats, and monitor competitor activity across ASA and Google Ads.
- Store Management: Support the development and refinement of the ASO strategy for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Metadata Optimization: Conduct deep keyword research and optimise app store metadata to improve discoverability.
- Asset Optimisation: Manage and optimise app screenshots, IAEs, promotional content, feature graphics, and app preview videos.
- Growth Analytics: Monitor app store rankings, visibility, and conversion rates. Track competitor movements across categories, keywords, and creative tests.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure 100% brand consistency across all mobile marketing channels and creative touchpoints.
- Product Integration: Partner with the Product and Development teams to ensure feature launches and seasonal updates align with user search intent.
- Data Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and Install Volume.
- Trend Analysis: Analyse market trends and user behavior to identify untapped growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years in a creative Growth Marketing or UA role, with hands‑on knowledge of App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Apple Search Ads and Google Ads is essential.
- Full understanding of the project lifecycle, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and hit tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in managing end‑to‑end app development cycles and successfully delivering mobile apps to an ever‑changing consumer market.
- An excellent understanding of Firebase for tracking and attribution.
- Must have a solid understanding of ASO principles.
- Must have the ability to translate performance data into actionable design briefs for creative teams.
- Strong persuasion skills with the ability to build a case for new ideas and convince stakeholders of the best way forward.
- A critical thinker who remains energetic and enthusiastic, even when navigating platform policy changes or shifting market trends.
