Driving Skills Academy Ltd specialises in professional driving lessons, intensive courses, and driving instructor training across Northamptonshire. We are looking for friendly, motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team as either qualified Driving Instructors or Trainee Driving Instructors. Whether you are already qualified, currently training, or considering a career change, we provide structured support, local mentoring and ongoing development to help you succeed.

Role Description

This is a flexible full-time or part-time opportunity delivering driving lessons and supporting learners in developing safe driving skills and confidence behind the wheel. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering practical driving lessons
  • Supporting learners in preparation for driving tests
  • Promoting safe and responsible driving
  • Adapting lessons to individual learner needs
  • Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service

The role is field-based across Northamptonshire with flexible working opportunities available.
