Driving Force Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of Gist in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for professional Class 1 Drivers, HGV Drivers, LGV Drivers and C+E Drivers looking for ongoing trunking and store delivery work with a leading UK logistics operation delivering chilled, ambient, and frozen goods to Marks & Spencer stores.
- HGV Class 1 (C+E) store deliveries
- LGV1 and articulated vehicle driving
- RDC and retail store deliveries
- Cage and tail-lift deliveries
- Modern, well-maintained fleet
- Clean and professional depot environment
Shift Patterns:
- Average shift length: Weekend work available
- Ongoing work throughout busy periods
- Days: £18.18 per hour
- Nights: £21.80 per hour
- Overtime available after 8 hours
- PAYE only
- Holiday pay accrued separately
Requirements of the HGV Class 1 Driver:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months recent Class 1 driving experience
