Job Description HGV2/LGV2/Class 2 DRIVERS NEEDED – WORSLEY \n We are currently looking for reliable, hardworking road sweeper drivers to join our team. \n What we offer: \n \n £16.25ph (incl hol pay) – all hours \n Full-time hours \n Summer: approximately 8–12 hours per day \n Winter: approximately 10–15 hours per day \n Monday to Friday \n Weekend work available optionally \n Mainly daytime shifts, starting around 07:00 \n Your own vehicle once fully trained and up and running \n Full training provided \n Newly qualified drivers welcome \n Experience is desirable but not essential \n \n The role: \n You will be driving left-hand-drive vehicles and working across a variety of locations and duties, including: \n \n Street cleaning \n Airport work \n Highways \n Building sites \n \n Training & induction: \n The process starts with an interview . If successful, you will complete a full induction followed by 5 days of training alongside an experienced driver . \n Your progress will be assessed day-to-day, allowing us to identify any additional training or support you may need before working independently. \n Must have: \n \n Driving Licence \n CPC Card \n Digital Tachograph Card \n Category C entitlement \n \n Once you are fully trained and up and running, you will have your own vehicle to use daily .
