Contract Type: Ongoing work

Shift Pattern: Days - Nights - Weekends

Calling all flexible drivers, are you looking for a couple of days per week or full time hours?

PAYE Rates: £16.00 - £21.00 (with holiday accrual) with holiday paid at the same time: £17.93 - £23.53 (with holiday paid hourly)

Hours: approximately 10-12 hours per shift with a minimum of 8hrs

Driving Force Recruitment operating as an employment business are offering an excellent opportunity for HGV 1 Drivers to work for our award-winning client based in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Role: As a Class 1 Driver, your duties will be, but not limited to:

  • Trunking work
  • Maximum of 3 drops per shift to RDC Nationwide
  • Drivers will be responsible for all vehicle checks before deliveries

Start times: Various start times available on days & nights - Flexible working pattern and weekends available. ADHOC or full time work available to suit. The right candidates can work their desired pattern.

The right candidate will be enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service.

Desired Skills:

  • Driving License, Digi card and Drivers CPC Card
  • Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work.
  • Good Geographical Knowledge
  • Minimum of 6 months experience Driving class 1 in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot use any candidates with DR10 or CD10 on your license.
  • A maximum of 6 points on your license.
