Driving Force are proud to be working in partnership with our Client at their Supermarket distribution depots in Avonmouth and Chepstow. We are looking for reliable and flexible drivers who can work out of either depot if required. Both part time and full time shifts available.
Shifts available:
- PART TIME / FULL TIME work available with shifts booked in advance
All breaks are paid!!
Pay:
- Between 22.00 - 06.00: Basic £19.74 (£22.45 after 27 weeks), Overtime £6.92 per hour extra after 45 hours
- Between 14.00 - 22.00: Basic £17.27 (£20.30 after 27 weeks), Overtime £6.92 per hour extra after 45 hours
- Between 06.00 - 14.00: Basic £15.91 (£17.96 after 27 weeks), Overtime £6.92 per hour extra after 45 hours
All Bank Holiday hours are paid at double time.
Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
- Duties include completing 1-4 deliveries to stores as required. Deliveries can be either caged or palletised.
- Completing paperwork.
Class 1 Driver - About you:
- HGV 1 C+E licence, Digital tacho & DQC card
- Minimum 6 months experience
- No more than 6 points. No DR, DD, CD, IN10's
- Be able to pass a theory and practical driving assessment
- HGV 1 Drivers may also be expected to complete some deliveries to smaller stores in HGV 2 vehicles.
