Driving Force Recruitment operating as an employment business are offering an excellent opportunity for HGV 1 Drivers to work for our award-winning client based in Avonmouth (BS11). The job will be distributing chilled goods to store via cages. Drop will be 4-12 per shift covering the South Wales area. Guaranteed 9.5 hours per shift.
Job Role:
- 0100-0400 start times
- Shifts tend to be 9-11 hours
- Flexible working pattern, weekends available
- ADHOC work available to suit
- Guaranteed a minimum of 45 hours per week
- The right candidates can run on a 5/6 work pattern if desired
You must be able to pass an initial day paid assessment; paperwork part will include testing your knowledge on working time directive and there will also be a driving aspect to the assessment.
The right candidate will be enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service.
Desired Skills:
- Driving License, Digi card and Drivers CPC Card C+E license required
- Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Unfortunately, we cannot use any candidates with DR10 or CD10 on your license. A maximum of 6 points on your license.
