Job Type: Ongoing, Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Start times: 16:00-20:00

Rate: Mon- Fri £21.85, Sat £24.66, Sun £26.90 (inclusive of Hol pay)

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based at London Gateway. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with a well-established operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting containers to and from London Gateway and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Adhering to all relevant driving laws and regulations, including WTD and tachograph rules
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all delivery points

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Previous container experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations
  • A professional and flexible approach to work

  • Cat C+E/LGV1/HGV1 Entitlement
  • CPC Qualification
  • Valid UK Licence
  • Valid Digi Card (required)
  • Minimum 6 months driving experience - Container exp is preferred but not essential
  • Max 6 points for minor offences (No DD/DR/IN/CD/TT/UT)
