We’re now looking for a talented Social Media & Account Manager to help grow our channels and deliver high-quality campaigns for clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across DriveTribe’s social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube).
Monitor performance metrics and optimise content for reach, engagement, and growth.
Collaborate with video editors and designers to brief and create engaging assets.
Identify trends, sounds, and formats relevant to the automotive space.
Help shape and execute platform-specific strategies.
Account Management:
Act as the main point of contact for selected brand clients and campaign partners.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams (content, creative, production) to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare performance reports and campaign wrap-ups.
Build strong relationships with clients and proactively suggest new ideas or upsell opportunities.
Who You Are
A strong communicator and natural organiser who thrives on building relationships with both clients and online audiences
Passionate about cars, social media and digital culture, with a solid understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X
Experienced in managing content calendars, planning campaigns and working across multiple client accounts
Confident in writing sharp, engaging copy that reflects brand tone and delivers results
Strategic and data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics, spot trends and adapt content to maximise reach and engagement
Calm under pressure and excellent at managing multiple deadlines and priorities
Bonus if you have experience in the automotive or media space, or have managed branded content across YouTube or social channels
Requirements
2+ years experience in social media management, ideally in a fast-paced media or content-focused environment.
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and what performs on each.
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships or branded campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for cars, content, or digital media (all three is a bonus!).
Bonus Points
Experience working with creators or influencers.
Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency.
Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok analytics.
A good sense of humour and a love for automotive culture.
