The predicted salary is between 22 - 22 £ per hour.
We are seeking experienced and reliable HGV class 1 drivers to join our team. With a variety of work available, we are happy to work with you and accommodate your preferences, whether you're a night container driver or a day multi-drop driver, or anything in between.
Duties:
- The safe and timely delivery of a variety of goods.
- Daily vehicle walk around checks.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delays or other potential issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, EU and WTD regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Pay: £16-£20 PAYE or £16-£22 Ltd
Qualifications/Experience:
- Must have HGV Class 1 licence for a minimum of 18 months.
- No more than 6 points, no DD/DR Code convictions.
- Valid DCPC and Digital Tacograph Card.
- Hold good geographical knowledge.
- Have a good understanding of the English language.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial driving.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
