We are looking for HGV class 1 drivers (nights or days) that are happy to cover container and curtain work. Shifts will be from Nursling.
We are offering:
- On-going shifts, Monday to Fridays.
- Evening starts between 1500 and 1900. Usually 1700.
- Morning starts between 0500 and 0700.
- A mix of container work and general haulage.
- A simple registration process for HGV class 1 drivers.
- Optional temp to perm positions available.
- Minimum 10 hours pay per shift and no break deductions.
- Modern vehicles.
- £16 per hour PAYE Days
- £18 per hour PAYE Nights
Essential requirements:
- Valid HGV class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence. Held for a minimum of 2 years.
- At least 6 months of HGV driving experience.
- Southampton TAC (DP World Card) or previous container experience.
- Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
- Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation.
- Over 25 for insurance purposes.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
