Drivertemps Limited are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a distribution company based in Portsmouth.
General haulage, fridge, cage and container work. If you are interested in one, or all of these categories, please apply.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Held your HGV 1 licence for a minimum of 1 year.
- DP World required if interested in container work.
- No more than 6 points no DD/ DR Code convictions.
- Hold a current valid CPC Card (DQC).
- Understand and be able to comply with Driver hours and WTD legislation.
- Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.
- Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
- Good geographical knowledge of the south of England.
- Have the experience and knowledge to be able to divert cross country to and from locations as and when signs, traffic or other conditions dictate.
Remuneration: PAYE. PAID BREAKS.
- Days - £16 per hour.
- Nights - £18 per hour.
- Saturday - £18 per hour.
- Sunday - £20 per hour.
