Position: HGV Class 1 Container Days
Location: Leeds (LS10)
Drivers Plus is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Day Drivers for ongoing contracts in the Leeds area. Our client has a contract for an ongoing driver for the right candidate. Drivers do require container experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport containers to various Ports/Iports.
Drops around 1 β 3 a shift.
Follow planned routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Carrying out daily walkround checks, following WTD and Driver hour rules.
Downloading Tachograph card after every shift.
Shift Options:
Day work
05:00am β 07:00am starts
Monday to Friday with Weekend opportunities
12 hour shifts
Compensation:
Competitive pay rates for PAYE drivers, ranging from GBP14.70 to GBP16.50 per hour.
