Job Description:
3.5 Tonne Day Drivers
Rate £12.71ph - £14.35ph |Curtain Sider | PAYE)
Drivers Plus is currently recruiting for 3.5tonne Day Drivers with experience in driving a Luton Van. You will be working out of Grange Moor (WF4). Start times will be at 04:00 – 06:00. Shifts last around 8 - 10 hours.
What you’ll be doing as a 3.5tonne Day Driver:
- The company operate between Monday – Friday.
- Delivering clothes to stores, doing up to 4 – 5 drops a shift (Can be heavy handball)
- You’ll be driving a Curtain sider vehicle. Tail Lift offloading. You will be required to secure your load and strap the curtains.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for experienced 3.5tonne Day Drivers who has experience driving Curtain Sider. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who have actively used their license for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety.
- A valid B License, CPC card and Driver card.
- No more than 6 points on your license.
- A reference from a previous employer to cover the last 2 years.
