Job Description:
HGV Class 1 Driver – Bulk Tipper Driver
£15.62 – £17.50 per hour | PAYE | Bulk Tipper Driver | Selby or Knottingley (YO8 or WF9)
Drivers Plus are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Shunter with experience operating a Bulk Tipper vehicles to work for our prestigious client based in Selby(YO8).
This is an Ad hoc role offering local deliveries, with no handball required and all loads FLT offloaded.
The Role
- £17.50 per hour
- Monday-Friday operation
- Start times between 05:00 and 08:00
- Shifts are approximately 12 hours
- Shunting work
- Deliveries 2.5 miles away from either yard.
- Bulk Tipper vehicle
- No handball required
- Timed deliveries

What We're Looking For
We are looking for professional and reliable HGV Class 1 Day Drivers who have:
- A minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Experience operating Bulk Tipper vehicles
- A valid CE Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- A recent employment reference
- Good communication skills
- A strong commitment to timekeeping, health & safety and professional standards
