The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering an outstanding experience to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Securing new tenancies and achieving agreed targets
- Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, references, and other stakeholders
