Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a Van driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Marden
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday
Pay
- Weekly ( Thursday / Friday )
The Role
- Delivering furniture in 3.5T vans
- Delivering to houses
- Crew of 2 people
Duties/Responsibilities
- Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
- Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
- To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
Essential Skills
- Must hold a valid 3.5t licence.
- Must have experience in driving a commercial vehicles
- Good communication skills.
- Good customer relations.
- Have a safe driving record.
- No more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations.
- No DRs, INs or DDs offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
- Must be over 25
