The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Shifts Monday to Friday - No Bank Holidays. Start time usually around 0700/0800, finishing around 1700. Pay £14.00 p/h + £1.69 holiday pay (can be accrued or rolled in with hourly rate). Example gross pay £14.00 x 45 hours = £630.00 with £76.05 in holiday pay.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a C1 / 7.5 tonne lorry to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete any necessary paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any queries or concerns from clients.
Experience:
- Held C1 / 7.5t licence for at least 2 years.
- At least 1 year commercial driving experience in 7.5 tonne vehicles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- No more than 6 points on licence, and no driving offences such as DR, DG, IN, TT.
