Drivers Direct Recruitmentare looking to recruit aHGV 2 tipper driver for tramping workon behalf of our client in Barnsley.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts 0400 to 0700hr starts
Salary:
- £15.16 + £1.84 holiday = £17.00 all in.
- Minimum 8 hours pay per shift.
- Paid weekly.
The Role:
- 3 months ongoing work
- To be driven to site on Mondaymorning in a minibus.
- 4 x nights out(£25 per night tax free)in hotel =£100 tax free
- Tipper work (experience preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
- Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
- To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
Essential Skills:
- Must hold a validHGV 2 / Cat Clicence.
- Must hold a valid driver qualification (CPC) card.
- Must hold a valid Digital tacho card.
- Good communication skills, and customer relations.
- Have a safe driving record.
- No more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations.
- No DRs, INs or DDs offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
