HGV 1 Night Shunter / Driver Coordinator Immediate Start

Drivers Direct are currently recruiting for a HGV 1 Night Shunter for our Client based in Measham.
What's on offer?
- £19.62 per hour (Including Holiday Pay)
- Start times: 23:00
- Finish times: 07:00 with earlier finish on a Friday.
- Ongoing work available Monday to Friday
- Temp to Perm for the right candidate
The Role:
- Shunting vehicles around the yard/site (Class 1 licence required)
- Conducting driver briefing and dispatching drivers at the start of their shift
- Managing & Distributing: Driver Paperwork / Handheld Scanners / Vehicle Keys / Fuel Cards
- Supporting the transport team to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (Category C&E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 Months Experience
- No Major Endorsements
- Previous Shunting Experience
- Good attitude and reliable work ethic
