Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a Class 2 Multi Drop Driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Doncaster. This is ongoing work which will remain ongoing throughout the year with potential temp to perm if interested. IMMEDIATE START!
Hours of work: 06:00 - 06:30 starts Tuesday to Saturday (guaranteed). Shifts average at 8-10 hours, but could be up to 12 hours.
Salary (inclusive of holiday):
- Tuesday to Saturday £15.64 p/h + £1.89 Holiday PAY (accrued)
- Overtime rate = £23.46 p/h + £2.84 Holiday PAY (accrued)
- Bank Holiday = £31.28 p/h + £3.78 Holiday PAY (accrued)
On Average 45-50 Hours per week. EXAMPLE GROSS PAY = £15.64 X 48 hours = £750.72 with £90.72 in accrued holiday pay on top.
Induction and driver assessment required before commencing shifts.
The Role: Multi Drop (6-25 Drops). You will be delivering DIY products/garden furniture/kitchens etc to both residential and commercial properties. 2 person crew drivers mate provided.
Essential Skills:
- Must have held a valid HGV 2 / Cat C licence for minimum of 6 months.
- Must hold a valid driver qualification (CPC) card and a valid Digital tacho card.
- Good communication skills and good customer relations.
- Have a safe driving record with no more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations; no DRs, INs or DDs offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
