We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Night Trunking Drivers to join our growing pool of drivers operating across our client network.
The Role
This is a dedicated night trunking position, focused on depot-to-depot trailer movements. No multi-drop customer deliveries – just clean, efficient trunking work within a well-structured network operation. You’ll be part of a professional transport team ensuring overnight freight moves smoothly between key hubs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Night trunking between depots and partner hubs
- Safe coupling and uncoupling of trailers
- Securing loads and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
- Carrying out daily vehicle and trailer checks
- Completing electronic and paper-based documentation where required
- Following driver hours, WTD, and company safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with transport planners and depot teams
