The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising content across the DriverReviews website to support both traditional SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a structured content roadmap aligned with SEO and GEO needs.
- Monitor evolving search behaviours to keep content highly discoverable.
- Identify opportunities for new content types and formats that improve AI discoverability.
- Produce high-quality, accurate, and authoritative content covering tyre models, brands, vehicle types, and tyre‑buying guidance.
- Write content optimised for GEO SEO and performance.
- Implement best practices for on‑page SEO while integrating GEO techniques.
- Work with SEO specialists to monitor how content appears in AI answer snapshots.
- Maintain clear documentation and editorial guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, SEO, design, and data teams.
- Partner with internal subject‑matter experts or external contributors.
Key Personal Criteria
- Proven experience in content creation, digital writing, and SEO optimisation.
- Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or willingness to learn.
- Strong ability to structure content for clarity and high extractability by generative engines.
- Proficiency with common SEO tools (SEMrush) and emerging GEO/AI analytics tools.
- Experience writing technical or complex content for non‑technical audiences.
